• Referral Program

    • Eligibility: To participate, you must be a Registered Customer of Perfumes by Janta Shoppe™️.
    • Referral Discount: Earn 50 Points in your wallet when your friend makes their first order using your referral link.
    • Referral Points: Points are credited within 48 hours after your friend's first order is confirmed.
    • Minimum Purchase Requirement: Discount applies to orders above Rs. 100/-.
    • Non-Transferable: Points and discounts are non-transferable.
    • Expiration: Referral points expire 12 months after being earned.
    • Multiple Referrals: Refer multiple friends; each must be a new customer.
    • Abuse of Program: Perfumes by Janta Shoppe reserves the right to investigate any misuse and revoke points.
    • Modifications: The program can be modified or discontinued at any time.
    • Acceptance of Terms: By participating, you agree to these terms.

  • Loyalty Program

    • Who Can Join: Registered customers are automatically part of the program.
    • How to Earn Points: Earn 1 loyalty point for every ₹100 spent on eligible products (excluding taxes, shipping, or discounts).
    • Using Your Points: Redeem points on future purchases (1 point = ₹1). Minimum 10 points required for redemption.
    • Expiration: Points expire if no purchases are made for a year.
    • Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
    • Returns and Cancellations: Points from returned/canceled orders will be deducted.
    • Program Changes: We may alter or end the program as needed.
    • Account Termination: Accounts with fraudulent activity will be closed.
    • By Joining: Participation implies agreement to these terms.
