Shipping policy

  • Shipping Timeline:
    • Orders are dispatched within 24-36 hours after confirmation.
    • Delivery typically takes 4-6 days, depending on the serviceability of the pin code.
    • Customers receive email notifications and/or WhatsApp/SMS* regarding dispatch and estimated delivery times.
    • In case of delivery delays, customers are informed promptly.

  • Return Policy:
    • Returns are accepted under specific circumstances such as damage during transit, wrong product delivery, incorrect sizes, brand changes, or uncontrollable circumstances.
    • Manufacturing defects by the brand are not eligible for refunds, but complaints will be forwarded to the respective brands.
    • Original packaging must be intact for processing refunds.
    • Refunds are processed within 2-4 days after receiving and inspecting the returned order.
    • Customers must report issues with damaged products within 24 hours of delivery via email, including Sundays.

  • Return Process:

    • Confirmation of refund processing is sent via email.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, or before it has been shipped by contacting support@perfumesbyjs.com
