Shipping policy

- Orders are dispatched within 24-36 hours after confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 4-6 days, depending on the serviceability of the pin code.

Return Policy:

- Returns are accepted under specific circumstances such as damage during transit, wrong product delivery, incorrect sizes, brand changes, or uncontrollable circumstances.
- Manufacturing defects by the brand are not eligible for refunds, but complaints will be forwarded to the respective brands.
- Original packaging must be intact for processing refunds.
- Refunds are processed within 2-4 days after receiving and inspecting the returned order.
- Customers must report issues with damaged products within 24 hours of delivery via email, including Sundays.
