At Perfumes by Janta Shoppe, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with a straightforward return and refund process. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Notification and Reason for Return:
    Customers must email support@perfumesbyjs.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return request. The email should include the reason for the return. We accept returns for the following reasons:
    • Incorrect product delivered (though this is very rare).
    • Product arrived damaged during transit.
    • Concerns regarding the authenticity of the product.
  • Damaged Products:
    If the product was delivered broken or damaged, an unboxing video is required to qualify for a return and refund.
  • Incorrect Products:
    For incorrect products, customers must provide an image of the product received. The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, ensuring it is safely packed to avoid damage during the return transit.

Return Process:

Once a return request is approved, we will arrange for our shipping partner to collect the product from the customer's address. Customers must ensure that the product is securely placed in its original packaging to prevent any damage during the return journey.

Authenticity Concerns:

If there are doubts about the authenticity of the product, customers should email us and return the product following the same process mentioned above. It is crucial that the product's seal and packaging remain intact. Once the seal is broken, it becomes highly unlikely for us to accept the return.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned products, we will inspect the seal and check for any damages. Based on the condition of the returned items, we will determine the refund amount, which could be full, partial, or none, depending on factors such as product condition and resale value.

We reserve the right to decline a return request if the product does not meet our established standards upon inspection. Our aim is to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties involved.
